I was born and raised in Turkey where I began my education which included 2 years at University of Ankara. In 1969 I had the opportunity to come to America to further my degree. I completed my college education at the great Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in the field of Business and Economics. During my college years I had several jobs where I started my hospitality and food and beverage career with Western International Hotel chain which is now known as Westin Hotels and Resorts.

When I finished my education in Montana I was transferred to the Saint Francis Hotel in San Francisco where I managed The Penthouse nightclub and restaurant. The beauty and elegance of the hotel and the professionals I worked with were overwhelming and I knew that I had found the career I had the passion and love for. After 5 years with Western International Hotels I was offered a position with another great property. The grace and history of this property convinced me to accept the position of Director of Food and Beverage Services at the Sheraton Palace on Market Street.

I moved to Las Vegas in 1977 where I was Maitre'd in several gourmet restaurants which included Parian of The Regent Hotel and Spa in Summerlin, Les Artistes Steakhouse inside Paris Hotel and Casino, the Luxor Steakhouse, and Charlie Palmer's Aureole located in the Mandalay Bay. I have given many seminars and hands on training in the field of Hospitality. For the last 4 years I was the Food and Beverage Director and Catering Director under Charlie Palmer at The Stirling Club at Tumberry Place.

Now I have decided to offer my great hospitality and years of experience to serve you in your own comfort and surroundings, which is offered to you and your guests with my pleasure. I only hope you will give me this opportunity to serve you and I promise after we meet and have one event we will have many more experiences together.
